This video session in the gym contains 3 parts. Pumping up chest, training biceps and the 3rd is a final flex showdown at the end of the workout. In this 1st part he makes 3 exercises for pecs, with more posing during the sets than doing the repeats. Of course, without shirt! Timo has a very strong, huge, hairy chest and veiny arms, not so much peak biceps. And as you can see: He LOVES to show off – tensing hardly to pop his veins.
