Patty – biceps & abs

Patty has fantastic genetics for chest and peak biceps. So we made a video session in gym where he pumps up his pecs (part 1) and biceps (part 2), with a lot of flexing in the breaks between the sets and a long posing show outdoors at the end of the training (part 3).This is part 2 – the biceps workout.
