Chris – pumps chest (part 1)

Chris competes and trains for 4 years. The next weeks you will see him preparing for his most important contest. In this first part he trains his chest with 2 exercises. In the break between the sets he flexes his amazing upper body close to the cam. And in the last 2 minutes he makes a posing show in the aerobic area in excellent light til he gets really sweaty.
