CHRIS on his way to the national championships – biceps pump (part 2)

In this 2nd part of his biceps workout he continues with 3 other exercises, his veins are coming out not only on the arms but on the shoulders and chest, too. His workout is filmed from diffrent angles, with a lot of posing in the breaks and a longer flexing part at the end of the video. Especially the exercise when he is laying on his back to pump up the biceps is amazing. You can see his huge arms/biceps AND his still pumped up chest.
